Ingredients
- 4 lamb loin chops
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- vegetable oil spray for cooking
- 4 fl oz mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp. prepared horseradish 2 tsp. brown sugar
Instructions
For the lamb:
- Brush the lamb chops with the oil, rub with the garlic, and Spray with the salt and pepper.
- Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
For Now, for the sauce:
- Using medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, horse radish, and brown sugar.
- Stir continuously until well mixed.
- Set aside half of the sauce for serving.
- Spray the basket with vegetable oil spray and Add the chops in the basket.
- Set the air fryer25°For 10 minutes, turning the chops halfway through the cooking time.
- Move out the chops from the air fryer and add to the bowl with the horse radish sauce, turning to coat with the sauce.
- Add the chops back in the basket.
- Set the air fryer0°For 3 minutes.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the meat has reached an internal temperature of 145°For medium- rare.
- Serve the chops with the reserved horseradish sauce.
