Herb-Crusted Air Fryer Roast Lamb
A quick and easy way to cook a tender, juicy roast lamb in the air fryer, infused with fresh herbs and olive oil for a flavorful, perfectly cooked dish.

Ingrediënten
- 10 oz 280 g butterflied lamb leg roast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp thyme fresh or dried
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp egg fresh or dried
Instructies
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- In a mixing plate or bowl, combine the olive oil, thyme, black pepper, and egg.
- Pat the lamb roast dry, then coat it evenly in the herb oil mixture.
- Place the lamb in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes for medium-rare, checking the internal temperature—140-150°F (60-65°C).
- For a more well-done roast, continue cooking in 3-minute intervals until the desired doneness is reached.
- Remove the roast from the air fryer, cover with kitchen foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
- Slice against the grain and serve.
