A golden Apple and Plum Nut Crumble

- 150 g coconut oil
- 100 g jumbo porridge oats
- 100 g ground almonds
- 100 g caster sugar
- ½ lemon
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 cooking apples peeled and cored
- 6 plums de-stoned
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 4).
- Chop the apples and plums and place them in an ANTA baking dish.
- Squeeze the lemon over the fruit, sprinkle with cinnamon, and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the oats, ground almonds, and sugar.
- Add the coconut oil and combine thoroughly, using your hands to rub in the oil if necessary.
- Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the apples and plums.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of ice cream or yogurt—dairy or dairy-free.
