Crispy Cinnamon Apple Chips
Deliciously crisp and naturally sweet apple chips with a hint of cinnamon, perfect as a healthy snack or festive garnish.

Ingredients
- 2 apples Granny Smith preferred for their shape and flavor
- Cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (gas mark 3).
- Core the apples and slice them through the center into very thin slices, approximately 1-2 mm thick.
- Dust the apple slices with cinnamon and arrange them flat on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning the slices halfway through cooking and removing any crisps that have already browned.
- Continue to bake until the apple slices have dried out and are lightly golden.
- Let the crisps cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.
- Enjoy as a healthy snack or use to decorate festive cakes.
