Bacon Streusel
Ingrediënten
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup 1 stick very cold, unsalted butter
- ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon about 6 slices
- 2 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
Instructies
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour and brown sugar.
- Shred the cold butter with a cheese grater into the flour mixture and mix until pea-sized clumps form.
- Add the crumbled bacon and ginger and stir to mix.
- If you are not using immediately, store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
