Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
