- 1 ½ pounds short ribs
- 1 cup red wine
- ½ cup tamari sauce
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Instructies
- Marinate the short ribs in a ceramic bowl with red wine, tamari sauce, lemon juice, ginger, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chipotle chili powder.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F.
- Discard the marinade and place the short ribs in the Air Fryer basket.
- Cook the ribs for 10 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
- While the ribs cook, heat a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the reserved marinade along with ketchup, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the warm short ribs and serve immediately.
