  • 1 ½ pounds short ribs
  • 1 cup red wine
  • ½ cup tamari sauce
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructies

  • Marinate the short ribs in a ceramic bowl with red wine, tamari sauce, lemon juice, ginger, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chipotle chili powder.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F.
  • Discard the marinade and place the short ribs in the Air Fryer basket.
  • Cook the ribs for 10 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
  • While the ribs cook, heat a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the reserved marinade along with ketchup, garlic powder, and cumin.
  • Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the warm short ribs and serve immediately.
