Broccoli Bites
Broccoli is low in kilojoules and a good alternative to carb loaded veggies when you’re following a low-carb diet. Give these bites of goodness a try — your family will fall in love!

- 1 cup riced broccoli
- 1 large egg
- ⅓ cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 28 grams cream cheese room temperature
- ¾ tablespoon peeled and grated brown onion
- ⅓ cup crushed pork rinds
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 190°C for 3 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Form into 12 rectangular mounds (about 1 tablespoon each).
- Cut a piece of baking paper to fit bottom of air fryer basket.
- Place six pieces on baking paper.
- Cook for 9 minutes.
- Transfer to a medium serving plate and repeat cooking with remaining pieces.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
