Ingredients
- ½ head of lettuce finely chopped
- ½ bunch of watercress finely chopped
- 1 small bunch of chicory finely chopped
- ½ head of romaine finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes peeled, seeded, and diced
- 2 cooked chicken breasts diced
- 6 strips of crisp bacon finely chopped
- 1 avocado diced
- 3 hard-cooked eggs chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- ½ cup Roquefort cheese crumbled
- 1 cup Brown Derby Old-Fashioned French Dressing see recipe
Instructions
- Chop the lettuce, watercress, chicory, and romaine into fine pieces and place them evenly in a salad bowl.
- Dice the tomatoes, removing the seeds, and layer them over the chopped greens.
- Dice the cooked chicken breasts and distribute evenly over the greens.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped crispy bacon over the salad.
- Arrange the diced avocado around the edges of the salad.
- Decorate the top of the salad with the chopped hard-cooked eggs, chopped chives, and crumbled Roquefort cheese.
