Buffalo Chicken Egg Cups
This dish is a great wayto utilise any leftover chicken. Plus, because it is cooked in muffin cups,it’s a perfect grab-and-go breakfast!

- 3 large eggs
- 1 ½ tablespoons thickened cream
- 4 teaspoons buffalo wing sauce
- ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cooked chicken breast
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- Lightly grease six silicone muffin cups with olive oil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, thickened cream and buffalo wing sauce.
- Stir in Cheddar cheese and chicken.
- Distribute egg mixture into prepared muffin cups.
- Place three cups in air fryer basket and cook for 9 minutes.
- Transfer cooked cups to a large serving plate to cool and repeat cooking with remaining cups.
- Serve warm.
