Buffalo-Style Pork Meatballs
Whatever the occasion, these low-carb buffalo-style meatballs will be at the top of everyone’s list. Choose the heat via the sauce that you purchase, and don’t forget to read those labels for any hidden ingredients!

- 450 grams pork mince
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
- ¼ cup grated celery
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Form into 16 meatballs.
- Add eight meatballs to air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil and cook 6 minutes.
- Flip and cook an additional 2 minutes.
- Transfer cooked meatballs to a large serving plate.
- Repeat cooking with remaining meatballs.
- Serve warm.
