Buffalo-Style Pork Meatballs

Equipment

  • 450 grams pork mince
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • ¼ cup grated celery
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructies

  • Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Form into 16 meatballs.
  • Add eight meatballs to air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil and cook 6 minutes.
  • Flip and cook an additional 2 minutes.
  • Transfer cooked meatballs to a large serving plate.
  • Repeat cooking with remaining meatballs.
  • Serve warm.

Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing

So simple, so fresh! Combine the following ingredients for some homemade blue cheese dressing: ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup sour cream, 2 teaspoons full-cream milk or cream, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 peeled and minced clove garlic, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, ⅓ cup blue cheese crumbled and 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh chives. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for up to five days.
