Ingrediënten

Makes 12 slices

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 12 slices thick-cut bacon

Instructies

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Arrange a wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Add the bacon slices and toss to coat.
  • Place the sugar-coated bacon slices on wire rack and bake, flipping once, until the bacon is crisp and the sugar is caramelized, 25-30 minutes.
  • Leave on the baking rack to cool.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
