Makes 12 slices
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 12 slices thick-cut bacon
Instructies
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Arrange a wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Add the bacon slices and toss to coat.
- Place the sugar-coated bacon slices on wire rack and bake, flipping once, until the bacon is crisp and the sugar is caramelized, 25-30 minutes.
- Leave on the baking rack to cool.
