- 1 lb. cooked ham steaks
Instructies
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in brown sugar and Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Add thinly sliced red onion and apple slices to the skillet, stirring to coat them well in the caramelized sauce.
- Place the cooked ham steaks in the skillet.
- Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until the apples are soft, and the ham is warmed through.
