Ingrediënten

  • 1 lb Ground sausage
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Jalapeños diced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • ¼ cup Green onions chopped
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Instructies

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground sausage until browned, drain any excess grease.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, green onions, and taco seasoning.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Add the cooked sausage to the cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Top with Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
