Chicken and Goat Cheese Balls

Ground chicken can be a bit dry, but with the addition of the onion and goat cheese, these lean, mean chicken and goat cheese balls are just what the doctor ordered!

  • 450 grams chicken mince
  • 1 ½ tablespoons peeled and grated brown onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • cup goat cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup ground pork rinds
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructies

  • Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and form into 18 meatballs, about 2 tablespoons each.
  • Add 9 balls to air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil.
  • Cook for 6 minutes.
  • Shake basket and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
  • Transfer cooked balls to a serving plate and repeat cooking with remaining 9 balls.
  • Serve warm.
