Ingrediënten

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless, cubed
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ green pepper sliced
  • ½ red pepper sliced
  • 4 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 teaspoons basil
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • ½ cup red wine
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 package fettuccine prepared

Instructies

  • Wash chicken pieces, drain excess water from them.
  • Dredge through the flour.
  • In a large skillet, heat up the olive oil.
  • Brown all sides of chicken.
  • Transfer to a paper towel to remove excess oil from browned chicken.
