Chicken Enchilada Dip
Serve this ooey-gooey yumminess with your favourite carrot sticks, celery stalks or whatever produce your heart desires. The crudités just act as vessels to get this goodness to your mouth. Who needs tortilla chips?! Also, if you like coriander, garnish this dip with a little of this fresh herb (or parsley if you prefer) for a gorgeous presentation and added flavour!

- 230 grams cream cheese room temperature
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 ½ tablespoons peeled and chopped brown onion
- 110 grams canned diced green chillies including juice
- 1 medium jalapeño chilli seeded and minced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese divided
- ¼ cup cored seeded and diced fresh vine-ripe tomatoes
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
- Add chicken, onion, green chillies, jalapeño and ½ cup Cheddar cheese.
- Spoon mixture into an ungreased 15cm oven-safe baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Place dish in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish cooked dip with diced tomatoes and serve warm.
