Chicken Florentine Panini
The recipe originates from an ancient recipe from Italy. What makes it unique is the mixture of cheese, chicken, onion, and spinach. You can serve this recipe with some extra sauce to enhance the flavor.

- 1 5 oz. can baby spinach fresh
- ¼ cup softened butter
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- ¼ cup salad dressing creamy
- 8 slices Italian Provolone cheese
- 250 g shaved deli chicken
- 2 pieces sliced red onion
Instructies
- In a skillet, sauté the spinach in oil until it gets to wilt.
- After 2 minutes, drain, then wipe clean the skillet.
- On 4 slices of bread, top the slices with the salad dressing, then a slice of cheese.
- Top with spinach, onion, deli chicken, and an extra cheese slice.
- Cover the ingredients with the rest of the bread slices, then apply butter on the outer part of the sandwich.
- Cook in a panini maker for 5 minutes.
