  • 4 tablespoons fresh herbed goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth or white wine
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus trimmed and cut into ½-inch pieces
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • ½ pound baby Portobello mushrooms sliced
  • 2 fully cooked chicken sausages
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups potato gnocchi

Instructies
