Chilled Apple & Cheese Salad
As a girl, I was convinced that I didn’t like gelatin salads. But when my Aunt Clara served this at an anniversary party, I found I had been mistaken!

- 3- oz. pkg. lemon gelatin mix
- 1 c. boiling water
- ¾ c. cold water
- ⅔ c. red apple cored and finely chopped
- ⅓ c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ c. celery chopped
Instructies
- In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in cold water; chill until partially set.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a 3-cup mold.
- Cover and chill 3 hours, or until firm.
- Unmold onto a serving plate.
