Chilli Lime Avocado Halves
Perfect on a low-carb diet, avocado lends such a healthy dose of fat and nutrients to your meals. And in addition to being filling, the avocado becomes creamier when heated.

- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Juice of ½ medium lime
- 2 medium avocados halved, pitted and left in skins
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 200°C for 3 minutes.
- Combine olive oil and lime juice in a small bowl and brush over avocado halves.
- Combine chilli powder and salt in a separate small bowl.
- Sprinkle over avocado halves.
- Place avocado halves, cut sides up, in ungreased air fryer basket.
- Cook for 7 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
