Chocolate Crunch Brownies
Ingrediënten
- 1 cup butter or margarine softened
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 12 oz.
- 1 cup flour
- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructies
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
- Stir in cocoa, four, vanilla, and salt; spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake at 350º for 25 minutes, or until brownies are done.
- Cool.
- Spread marshmallow creme over cooled brownies.
- In a saucepan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, stir in cereal.
- Spread over marshmallow layer.
- Chill before cutting.
