Chorizo and Olive Skewers
Grilled chorizo and olive with a delicious spice mix.
Equipment
- Wooden skewers
Ingrediënten
- 2 cups chorizo pieces
- 1 tablespoon mix spice
- 2 cups of olives
- 1 tablespoon dried herbs
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste ½ cup olive oil
Instructies
- Take a grill pan.
- Heat the pan well.
- Take a large bowl.
- Add all of the ingredients in the bowl.
- Mix well and add the chorizo pieces and olives into the wooden skewers.
- Grill the skewers for fifteen to 20 minutes.
- Dish out when done.
- Your dish is ready to be served.
