- 2 cups of dry white wine
Instructies
- Place the chorizo links and white wine in a shallow earthenware casserole dish or Dutch oven.
- Use a fork to prick the chorizo links.

- Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the wine is absorbed and reduced slightly, and the chorizo is cooked through, which should take about 10 minutes.
