Christmas Breakfast Casserole

- Italian sausages bulk 1 pound
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Divided chopped and drained red roasted pepper 1 jar (7 ounces) Thawed, chopped frozen spinach 1 package (10 ounces)
- All-purpose flour 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese ¼ cup grated
- Dried basil 1 teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Eggs 8 large
- Whole milk 2 cups
- Provolone shredded cheese 1 cup
- Sprigs fresh rosemary optional
Instructies
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Take a skillet, cook the onion and sausages on medium heat until it changes its color, then drain it.
- Convert it into the greased 3 qt.
- baking dish.
- Sprinkle it with half of the red pepper and spinach.
- Take a bowl, add and combine the flour, salt, basil, and parmesan cheese.
- Add and combine the milk and egg and properly mix it with the dry ingredients.
- Pour it on the spinach.
- Bake it until the inserted knife comes clean, for just 20 to 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle it with the rest of the red pepper and provolone cheese.
- Bake it for 2 minutes more until the cheese gets melted.
- Let it wait for 5 minutes more before the cutting.
- Garnish it with rosemary if you want and enjoy.
