Cider Jelly
Ingrediënten
- 4 cups apple cider
- ⅔ cups Red Hots cinnamon candy
- 1 1.75-ounce box powdered fruit pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Instructies
- In a medium saucepan, combine cider, Red Hots, and pectin and heat until pectin is dissolved.
- Bring to a boil and add sugar.
- Boil vigorously (rolling boil) for 1 minute.
- Ladle into clean jars and process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
