Cider Jelly

Ingrediënten

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • cups Red Hots cinnamon candy
  • 1 1.75-ounce box powdered fruit pectin
  • 5 cups sugar

Instructies

  • In a medium saucepan, combine cider, Red Hots, and pectin and heat until pectin is dissolved.
  • Bring to a boil and add sugar.
  • Boil vigorously (rolling boil) for 1 minute.
  • Ladle into clean jars and process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
