Cinnamon Breakfast Bread

If you are missing that good ol’ stack of pancakes in the morning, this breakfast bread will be your new favourite. Serve topped with butter, sugar-free syrup, fresh berries or all of the above!

Equipment

Ingrediënten

  • ½ cup finely ground almond flour
  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon unflavoured gelatin
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructies

  • Preheat air fryer at 150°C for 3 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, erythritol, baking powder and salt.
  • Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine butter, egg, gelatin, vanilla and cinnamon.
  • Add egg mixture to flour mixture and stir until smooth.
  • Spoon mixture into an ungreased pizza pan.
  • Place pan in air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Remove pan and let set for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
