Cinnamon Breakfast Bread
If you are missing that good ol’ stack of pancakes in the morning, this breakfast bread will be your new favourite. Serve topped with butter, sugar-free syrup, fresh berries or all of the above!

- ½ cup finely ground almond flour
- ¼ cup powdered erythritol sweetener
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ tablespoons butter melted
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon unflavoured gelatin
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 150°C for 3 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, erythritol, baking powder and salt.
- Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine butter, egg, gelatin, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Add egg mixture to flour mixture and stir until smooth.
- Spoon mixture into an ungreased pizza pan.
- Place pan in air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove pan and let set for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
