Ingrediënten

  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • ½ cup tequila
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 1 dozen corn tortillas
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup guacamole

Instructies

  • In a bowl, mix lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, crushed garlic, chopped onion, tequila, Tabasco sauce, and black pepper.
  • Add the flank steak to the marinade, turning to coat.
  • Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours (or overnight if possible), turning occasionally.
  • Wrap corn tortillas in aluminum foil and place on the grill.
  • Remove the meat from the marinade, reserving the marinade.
  • Grill the steak for 12 to 18 minutes, turning and basting halfway through.
  • Turn the tortillas occasionally on the grill.
  • Remove the meat from the grill and cut it into thin slices.
  • Serve the steak slices on tortillas, garnished with salsa and guacamole.
