Heat oil in a pot.
Add onions and garlic and sauté until beginning to brown and softened.
Stir 1 teaspoon salt, chili powder, cumin, and coriander.
Stir in molasses and sugar.
Mix well and boil for about 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes and apple cider vinegar.
Bring it to a boil and simmer on medium-low for 2-3 hours.
Add white vinegar and Worcester sauce.
Season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Place in a blender.
Add 2 cups water and puree until smooth.
