Coconut and Flaxseed Porridge
Ingrediënten
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
- ¼ tsp powdered erythritol
- 3 tbsp golden flaxseed meal
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- Chopped blueberries and raspberries for topping
Instructies
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the coconut flour, golden flaxseed meal, and vegan vanilla protein powder.
- Spray your air fryer pan with cooking spray, then pour the mixture into the pan.
- Pour the almond milk over the mixture and top with chopped blueberries and raspberries.
- Place the pan in the air fryer and seal the lid.
- Set the temperature to 375°F (190°C) and the timer to 30 minutes.
- When the timer beeps, turn off the air fryer and remove the baking pan.
- Serve the porridge warm and enjoy!
