Ingrediënten

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ tsp powdered erythritol
  • 3 tbsp golden flaxseed meal
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • Chopped blueberries and raspberries for topping

Instructies

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the coconut flour, golden flaxseed meal, and vegan vanilla protein powder.
  • Spray your air fryer pan with cooking spray, then pour the mixture into the pan.
  • Pour the almond milk over the mixture and top with chopped blueberries and raspberries.
  • Place the pan in the air fryer and seal the lid.
  • Set the temperature to 375°F (190°C) and the timer to 30 minutes.
  • When the timer beeps, turn off the air fryer and remove the baking pan.
  • Serve the porridge warm and enjoy!
