Cranberry Seed Crackers Recipe

Ingrediënten

  • 110 g 4oz cranberries
  • 120 g 4¼oz linseeds
  • 60 g 2oz pumpkin seeds
  • 150 g 5½oz sesame seeds
  • 125 g 4½oz sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 450 ml 16fl oz warm water

Serves 10 | Calories: 285 per serving

Prep Time: 10 mins (plus standing) | Cook Time: 1 hr

Instructies

  • Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
  • Line 2 baking trays with greaseproof paper or silicon mats.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together and leave it to stand for 20 minutes.
  • Divide the mixture equally between the trays and spread it out as thinly and evenly as possible, ensuring there are no gaps or holes in the mixture.
  • Bake in the oven for 1 hour, swapping the trays around after 30 minutes to ensure even baking.
  • After an hour, check that they are consistently golden all over – if not, leave them in for a few more minutes.
  • Cooking times might vary between ovens.
  • Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
  • Snap into different-sized chunks before serving.
