  • 3 quarts cranberry juice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 quart apple juice
  • ½ teaspoon whole cloves
  • 3 sticks cinnamon

Instructies

  • In a large saucepan, combine the cranberry juice, sugar, apple juice, whole cloves, and cinnamon sticks.
  • Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  • Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer gently for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • After 15 minutes, remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the spiced tea mixture to cool to room temperature.
  • Once cooled, strain the mixture to remove the cloves and cinnamon sticks.
  • Transfer the Cranberry Spiced Tea to a large pitcher or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
  • Before serving, stir the chilled spiced tea mixture well.
  • Serve the Cranberry Spiced Tea over ice, if desired.
