Cranberry Spiced Tea

Ingrediënten
- 3 quarts cranberry juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 quart apple juice
- ½ teaspoon whole cloves
- 3 sticks cinnamon
Instructies
- In a large saucepan, combine the cranberry juice, sugar, apple juice, whole cloves, and cinnamon sticks.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer gently for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After 15 minutes, remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the spiced tea mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, strain the mixture to remove the cloves and cinnamon sticks.
- Transfer the Cranberry Spiced Tea to a large pitcher or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
- Before serving, stir the chilled spiced tea mixture well.
- Serve the Cranberry Spiced Tea over ice, if desired.
