Cream Cheese Chicken Roulade
Ingrediënten
- ¾ C. whipped cream cheese
- ½ C. thinly-sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 6 skinless boneless chicken breasts – halved horizontally and lbed thin
- ¾ C. heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅓ C. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz chopped fresh basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 9.74 oz package Idahoan Signature™ Russets
- Mashed Potatoes
Instructies
- Before you do anything set the oven to 375 F.
- Grease a casserole dish.
- Get a large mixing bowl: Add the whipped cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, and onion powder then mix them well to make the filling.
- Lay the chicken slices on a working surface.
- Spoon the filling into the chicken slices and roll them.
- Place them chicken roulades then season them with some salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken roulades in the casserole dish.
- Cook them in the oven for 35 min.
- Cook the mashed potato according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Place a large saucepan on medium heat.
- Add the heavy whipping cream, olive oil, and salt.
- Cook them until they start boiling while stirring all the time.
- Cook the mix for 4 min until it becomes thick to make the sauce.
- Fold in the basil with cheese.
- Turn off the heat.
- Serve the chicken roulades with mashed potato and cream sauce.
