Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
This old-fashioned coffee cake is easy to make. A bumpy streusel top adds a rustic look and yummy flavor.

- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructies
- Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition.
- Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt; add to butter mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
- Mix at low speed just until blended after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour batter into a greased 13- x 9-inch pan.
- Sprinkle with Topping.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
