Creamy Artichoke Dip
Ingrediënten
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsps chopped garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- ⅓ C. chopped black olives
- 8 green onions chopped
- 3 oz sun-dried tomatoes softened and chopped
- ¼ C. chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Instructies
- Get a large mixing bowl: Add the cream cheese, garlic and salt then combine them completely.
- Stir in the olives with artichoke hearts.
- Fold in the green onions, tomatoes, parsley and chives.
- Place the dip in the fridge for 2 h to overnight.
- Serve it.
