Creamy Balsamic Dressing
A creamy, flavorful balsamic dressing that elevates any salad! Inspired by an Italian classic, now made vegan-friendly.

- 14 ounces 392 g extra-firm tofu, drained but not pressed
- ½ cup 120 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup 60 ml balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon 8 g garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon 8 g onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the dressing to an airtight container.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
