  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon carob powder or cocoa powder optional

Instructies

  • Add the frozen bananas, honey, vanilla extract, and carob powder (if using) to the blender.
