Creamy Potato Casserole
Ingrediënten
- 1 32- oz. package hash browns
- 1½ cups sour cream
- ¾ cup melted butter divided
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup onion finely diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
Instructies
- Mix together hash browns, sour cream, ½ cup melted butter, cheese, onion, soup, salt, and pepper.
- Pour into a 9 × 13-inch baking dish that has been lightly greased.
- (You can use cooking spray or butter.
- ) Mix together ¼ cup of the melted butter and the cornflakes and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour
