Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:

Serving Tip:
These crispy strips are incredibly versatile! They are the star of a classic BLT sandwich, but they also make a fantastic topping for salads or a simple savory snack on their own.
Wine Advice:
For this bold and smoky plant-based bacon, you need a wine that can handle its strong personality. A crisp, light Pinot Grigio or a chilled Sauvignon Blanc would be an excellent choice. Their refreshing acidity and subtle citrus notes will cut through the smoky, salty flavors and create a beautiful contrast. It’s a pairing that proves plant-based food can be just as exciting as the real thing!
