Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Strips
Fall-apart tender beef strips simmered in a rich BBQ sauce. Effortless and full of flavor!

- Slow cooker, Measuring cups, Tongs
Ingrediënten
- 2 lbs Beef chuck cut into strips
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 18 oz bottle BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
Instructies
- Place the beef strips, chopped onion, and minced garlic in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, combine BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Stir to coat the beef strips evenly.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 hours, or on high heat for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the beef strips with tongs.
- Stir the shredded beef back into the sauce.
- Serve hot.
