Crustless Beef & Chorizo Cheese Delight

For the Beef Mixture:
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ pound ground chuck
- ½ pound chorizo sausage crumbled
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- Sea salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
For the Topping:
- 1 cup cream cheese room temperature
- ½ cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 1 egg
- ½ cup crackers crushed
Instructies
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 370°F (188°C).
- Grease a baking pan with canola oil.
- Combine onion, garlic, ground chuck, chorizo, pasta sauce, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in the pan.
- Place the pan in the Air Fryer and cook for 9 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, and egg until smooth.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the beef layer in the pan.
- Sprinkle crushed crackers evenly over the top.
- Return the pan to the Air Fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
