Dilly Dinner Muffins
Sometimes when eating a low-carb diet, you just want a piece of bread. Try these dilly dinner muffins! The dill pairs nicely with the protein in a salmon fillet or grilled chicken, and the feeling of eating bread again will satisfy that craving — without sabotaging your diet.

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup plain Greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, dill, salt, onion powder and baking powder.
- Set aside.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together egg, yoghurt and Parmesan cheese.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine until blended.
- Transfer batter to six silicone muffin cups lightly greased with olive oil.
- Place muffin cups in air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.
- Serve warm.
