Ingredients

  • ¼ cup brown sugar or substitute with coconut sugar for keto/paleo
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust for heat preference
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
  • Use as a dry rub for meats, poultry, or vegetables before grilling, roasting, or slow cooking.
