All-Purpose Dry Spice Rub
This all-purpose dry spice rub enhances the flavor of meats, poultry, and vegetables with a perfect balance of smokiness, sweetness, and heat. Great for grilling, roasting, or slow cooking!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup brown sugar or substitute with coconut sugar for keto/paleo
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust for heat preference
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
- Use as a dry rub for meats, poultry, or vegetables before grilling, roasting, or slow cooking.
