Easy Chicken Meatballs
Chicken meatballs are a healthy alternative to using ground beef.
These chicken meatballs have a lighter texture; they are simply
delicious! Eat these with your favorite pasta and sauce.
Ingrediënten
- 1 pound of ground chicken
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons of oregano
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructies
- Mix ground chicken, egg, Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic oregano, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Be sure that all of the ingredients are combined evenly.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Warm olive oil over high heat in a large non-stick skillet.
- Place meatballs in pan (8 at a time), and cook until each side is browned evenly.
- This generally takes about 8 minutes per meatball.
- Remove the meatballs with a slotted spoon to drain excess oil.
