Easy Chicken Meatballs

Chicken meatballs are a healthy alternative to using ground beef. These chicken meatballs have a lighter texture; they are simply delicious! Eat these with your favorite pasta and sauce.

Ingrediënten

  • 1 pound of ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons of oregano
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructies

  • Mix ground chicken, egg, Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic oregano, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • Be sure that all of the ingredients are combined evenly.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Warm olive oil over high heat in a large non-stick skillet.
  • Place meatballs in pan (8 at a time), and cook until each side is browned evenly.
  • This generally takes about 8 minutes per meatball.
  • Remove the meatballs with a slotted spoon to drain excess oil.

Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce.
