Recept afdrukken
Add 1 tbsp of sugar + yeast in warm water, mix.
Wait for about 5 min
until the yeast become creamy foam.
Mix 7 tbsp of sugar + salt into the creamy foam.
Add 1 cup of flour at a
time and mix until you have a tacky dough.
Knead for 7 more minutes and place the dough in bowl greased with
oil, cover it with a cloth and let it rise until it doubles in size.
It will take approx. an hour.
After that knead the dough for 1 more minute and divide in two halves.
Shape the loaves and place into two greased loaf pans.
Let it rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 175 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Cool and enjoy your bread!
