Egg Cups au Fromage
These quick, easy and portable eggs cups are a riff onthe traditional French dish Quiche au Fromage. They have all of the wonderfulflavour, with none of the carbs! As a money saver, Swiss cheese can be usedinstead of Gruyère, thanks to the similar flavour profiles of both cheeses

- 4 large eggs
- 1 ½ tablespoons thickened cream
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ cup shredded Gruyère cheese
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- Lightly grease six silicone muffin cups with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Stir in Gruyère cheese.
- Distribute egg mixture into prepared muffin cups.
- Place three cups in air fryer basket and cook for 9 minutes.
- Transfer cooked cups to a large serving plate to cool and repeat cooking with remaining cups.
- Serve warm.
