Eggs with Ground Beef and Salsa

Eggs with Ground Beef and Salsa

Huevos con Carne Molida
In Puerto Vallarta, my husband and I ate this wonderful, hearty breakfast of eggs with ground beef, served with green tomatillo salsa and warm tortillas on the side. This is an easy breakfast that I like to serve to overnight guests. It's always a hit. Add a Breakfast Fruit Plate to start.
