Ingrediënten

  • 2.4 litres chicken stock
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 200 g long-grain rice
  • 2 dessert apples peeled, cored, and diced
  • 225 ml/8fl oz plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 150 ml whipping cream gently warmed

Instructies

  • Combine minced garlic with ground cumin, crushed cloves, curry powder, and ground ginger in a small bowl.

  • In a large heavy frying pan, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté chicken pieces until lightly browned on all sides.
