  • 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
  • ½ Cup Frozen Chopped Onions
  • ½ Cup Frozen Chopped Green Bell Peppers
  • ½ Cup Frozen Sliced White Mushrooms
  • ½ Cup Frozen Chopped Spinach

Instructies

  • In A Medium Bowl, Whisk Together Eggs, Milk, ½ Teaspoon Salt, And Black Pepper.
  • Mix In Feta And Cheddar.
  • Set Aside.
  • Heat A 12″ Oven-Safe Skillet Over High Heat.
  • When Hot, Add Butter, Onions, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Spinach, And Remaining ÂĽ Teaspoon Salt.
  • SautĂ© Until Vegetables Soften, About 3–4 Minutes.
  • Reduce Heat To Medium And Add Egg Mixture.
  • Do Not Stir.
  • Once The Eggs Have Set Along The Outside Edge Of The Skillet, About 2 Minutes, Transfer The Skillet To The Oven And Bake For 12 Minutes.
