- 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
- ½ Cup Frozen Chopped Onions
- ½ Cup Frozen Chopped Green Bell Peppers
- ½ Cup Frozen Sliced White Mushrooms
- ½ Cup Frozen Chopped Spinach
Instructies
- In A Medium Bowl, Whisk Together Eggs, Milk, ½ Teaspoon Salt, And Black Pepper.
- Mix In Feta And Cheddar.
- Set Aside.
- Heat A 12″ Oven-Safe Skillet Over High Heat.
- When Hot, Add Butter, Onions, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Spinach, And Remaining ÂĽ Teaspoon Salt.
- Sauté Until Vegetables Soften, About 3–4 Minutes.
- Reduce Heat To Medium And Add Egg Mixture.
- Do Not Stir.
- Once The Eggs Have Set Along The Outside Edge Of The Skillet, About 2 Minutes, Transfer The Skillet To The Oven And Bake For 12 Minutes.
- Turn On The Broiler And Broil On High For 2 Minutes Until Golden Brown.
- Serve Immediately.
