Fig and Artichoke Panini
Another great combination for a panini is the inclusion of fig and artichoke. The addition of cheese and other spices enriches the flavor of the sandwich.

- 2 ciabatta bread slices
- ½ cup diced artichoke hearts
- ½ cup sliced fig
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructies
- In a pan, melt the butter.
- Cook the artichoke in the pan for 2 minutes.
- Add in the fig, then stir to mix for another 2 minutes.
- Add salt, soy sauce, pepper, parsley, and paprika.
- Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Spread the artichoke mixture onto a single bread slice.
- Top with the cheese, then cover with the other bread slice.
- Cook it in the panini maker for 2 minutes.
